Hyresfastighetsbolaget Acer Bostad AB aquires a newly developed property for SEK 443.5 million from SPG

Acer Bostad has purchased a completed and fully leased residential project located adjacent to Tyresö Centrum. The properties have been aquired by Acer Bostad, a joint venture between Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board and Gordion focussed on residential investment in Stockholm.

The project comprises a total of 6,761 square meters distributed across 188 apartments. The buildings are certified according to Miljöbyggnad Gold and achieve energy class A.
