We identify investment opportunities in different asset classes of the real estate sector and offer a full range of services from strategy, transactions/investments, financing, asset management and other related services needed to acquire, develop, manage and divest with profitability. To put it simply, we aspire to be your local operating partner with in-depth knowledge and high connectivity in the Swedish real-estate market. Through partnerships, established networks in the sector we provide bespoke investment strategies and management services for our investors.
Our local presence combined with our extensive experience and well-established networks allow us to identify opportunities within all asset classes on- and off-market. We also like to co-invest with our partners to achieve alignment of interest and higher profitability.
