Closing is planned for 15 December 2025.
“We are very pleased to complete this acquisition for Acer Bostad. The properties have several characteristics that make them a strong fit within the portfolio we are building and should ensure continued tenant demand. These are attractive, well-designed and well-developed assets that also meet our high sustainability ambitions. The location in Knivsta is ideal, with all local services directly adjacent to the property and the train platform literally in front of your doorstep — just over 25 minutes to Stockholm Central Station and 10 minutes to Uppsala, as well as close proximity to Arlanda Airport.”
